A club with history: From 1973 to today

The Club Tennis Calonge was born in 1973 through the initiative of a group of friends with a clear social and sporting vocation. What began as a project shared by tennis lovers has become, over the decades, the most family-oriented club in Baix Empordà.

Throughout our history, we have grown alongside sport in the Costa Brava, marking key milestones that define our identity:

Foundation (1973): Creation of the first courts and the beginning of a community united by the racket.
Tournament era: The club is established as a venue for historical competitions such as the Quer-Petit tournament.
Competitive benchmark: Launch of the Open Vila de Calonge, bringing together great tennis figures at our facilities.
Current growth: Constant evolution to integrate padel and pickleball, adapting to new trends without losing our original essence.
